Adobe Sign question

Hi,

I have a question regarding the Adobe Sing.

We have synced our Azure AD users to the adobe admin console and we have a Adobe -All apps 100GB

A user that have been added to our Produc profile can login to the https://documentcloud.adobe.com/ with his email address and sign document with any problem there, but when this user try to add Adobe Sign in a Sharepoint Folw see this:

I ask this user to use my Adobe admin consloe user name and password for Adobe sing part of Flow and user report that login goes without any error but still see this:

Any idea why we cannot create a Adobe sign in a Flow?
