Adobe Sign Recipient Name is Incorrect

Hello,

We are trying to send documents for signature to a candidate via an integration with Workday and Adobe Sign and the recipient's name is incorrect. The incorrect name is not reflected anywhere in Workday (where the document generation was initiated) and does not seem possible to correct within Adobe on our end. Can you please advise WHERE the Recipient name is pulled from and HOW it can be corrected? We cannot have a legally binding document signed with the incorrect name.

@human_2035 Since you've confirmed the name is correct within Workday, the issue might lie in how that specific data field is being mapped or transferred during the integration process between Workday and Adobe Sign. To get this corrected, you'll likely need to check the configuration settings of your Workday and Adobe Sign integration.

Look at how the recipient's data, specifically the name field, is configured to be passed from Workday to Adobe Sign. There might be a setting pointing to an incorrect field or a transformation rule in place that's causing this discrepancy.

You might need to chat with your internal Workday or IT team, or even Adobe Sign support, to pinpoint exactly where this name is being pulled from during the integration and how to adjust it to reflect the correct information from Workday.

Hi human_2035,

Thank you for reaching out.

If the recipient's name does not appear correctly, it might be an issue at the recipient's end. Please share the recipient's email address in a private message so we can confirm. You may send a private message using the envelope icon at the top right corner of this community page.

Thanks,

Meenakshi
