Adobe Sign - remove " Adobe Sign on behalf of "

We do regular bulk sends to our employees to sign, in their inbox seeing 

"Adobe Sign on behalf of BUSINESS NAME <adobesign@adobesign.com>" 

does not catch their eyes, these are tradies not office workers. 

 

Surely we can send from our own email or rename this line?

To confirm, are you referring to removing the "Adobe Sign on behalf of BUSINESS NAME" pop-up? This might not be possible.

Hi, no i have my logo added that doesnt reall yhelp the situation. I have employees not oepning the emails thinking it is spam as it shoes "Adobe" as sender not our coming on the preview in their inbox.

Go to Personal Preferences and check to see if the information is correct.  The name that is there is the one that will show in the email.
