Adobe Sign removes all prefilled data from a document after uploading

Whenever I upload a PDF form that contains information I entered in fields prior to uploading to Adobe Sign, the information is removed and the form ends up being empty if I send it out for signing.

 

This doesn't happen with DocuSign.

 

Any clues? Is there anything I need to change in my documents to prevent this?

Please let us know if you are still expeiencing this behavior. Does it happens with all the documents?

If yes, please share the screenrecording of the workflow so we can send it to the team for further investigation.
