Adobe Sign removes copy-paste protection

I am looking at implementing Adobe Sign however during testing we noticed that when the documents are signed the copy paste protection is removed. Is there a way around this? We need to prevent copy-pasting from the pdf but still need the text to be searchable so converting it to an image and then back to a pdf isn't an option.
