Adobe Sign Rental property leases

Question

I have created a PDF and now I would like to add the dynamic fields in the lease so I can populate the tenant information before sending to the tenants to sign. I can't figure out how to do this. I understand how to add the Text Input Data Fields but how can I populate these with tenant info, unit # etc before I send to tenant. I also would like to make it a template so I do not have to do it all over for each tenant. thanks

Greetings!The trick you are looking for is to set the fields to a Prefill role on your template.This will prompt the sender to fill in the prefill fields (after they click Send, but before the agreement is actually sent to the first recipient).Prefill fields also respect the Required flag to ensure that the important fields are complete before sending. -Scott
