Adobe Sign Reporting Help!

Hello,

I am new to Adobe Sign and looking to set up some reporting to track how many requests go out each month, how long they take by signing officer.

I have set up the parameters and it doesn't seem to pull any report and I get a red bar at the top of my screen that says "There were no Agreements selected by your report criteria."

This happens when I select all reports and when I filter by document, nothing works.

Any advice is appreciated!
