Adobe Sign: retaining data even we clear the data for signature type field & draw signature dialog.

Hi Team,

After generating adobe sign URL if user signed the agreement & try to clear the data with the help of options menu “Clear document data”.  Data has been cleanup successfully we can see “Document data clear” message on window but once user again click on signature field last signature automatically pre-field in signature field, we just want to confirm with you is this a normal behavior of a signature type field? If not do, we have any suggestion for us to mitigate this issue? 

Same senario we observed for below signature dialog as well.
