Adobe Sign Salesforce package - should it work in sandbox?

We use Adobe Sign in Salesforce, for getting signatures on documents generated from Conga Composer templates. It looks like it should also work in our Salesforce sandbox, however when I click 'Send for Signature' I get the following error:

"The call to the EchoSign web service call to send an interactive document returned an error message 'Unable to send on behalf of user: [Personal details removed by the user]' and error code 'EXCEPTION'"

Should this work off the bat, is there anything we need to do to test this in the sandbox?

Your reply did inspire me to realise what the problem was, the correct email address (mine) had not been added in Adobe Sign. Thank you for your help!

Hi Tobymathews,

I did check the email address that you have mentioned above. There is no Adobe Sign account under that email address.

That may be the reason you are gettting the error message.

Could you please confirm if you are using the same email address for Adobe Sign in salesforce account?

NOTE: Please do not share the personal details or email address on the public forums.

We will be waiting for your response.

Regards,

Meenakshi

Sorry, I think I may have just 'reported' your comment when I meant to reply! I was saying that that's not my actual email - I messed it up as I didn't want to put my (work) email here. I'm using an account/email in Salesforce that works fine in production, should it also work ok in a (recently refreshed) sandbox?
