Adobe Sign sent a document to a different person
As per my subject line. I bulk sent a document to multiple entities and there is one transaction so far that did not send it to it's intended person. It was sent to a different entity from another organization despite that person not in my email list. I tried contacting Adobe Support but it is not working and just keeps redirecting me back to the home menu.
I need asstance to figure out why/how. These two entities are not the same.
