Adobe Sign sent a form to the wrong person

I signed up for the Free Trial of Adobe Sign this morning and sent out some documents for signature.  They went to the first person fine, but then I received an email from someone that they received my form by accident.  It was sent to a different Leslie at a completely different email address -- both accounts were on gmail.com but that is the only connection.  What is going on???
