Adobe Sign Service Not Working Error Message "Could not complete your request" An error occurred while connecting to the service. Please try again later.

Hi there
See above error message. This is has been consistently appearing for the last 12 hours every time I try to use the service. I have just signed up to the service so am not very happy about this as my first Sign document experience. I see from the history that other users have had this experience however I can't see any resolution provided other than..."sorry, the service didn't work" or words to that effect.
Can you please urgently assist? I am trying to get an important agreement signed.
