Adobe Sign someone elses name???

I'm so lost. I received an email today and it is legitimate to sign my name and signature for a new cell phone, but the email says it was sent to "sadia andre" but when I tap on TO it shows my email address. I tested to send an email to myself from that email and it shows my name in from and to. Sadia is one of my friends but I'm really confused. When I was signing my signature was already there and when it asked for initials SA was there. 

It says Viewed by and Signed by and has her name but with my email address

Anyone know what this means?
