Does anyone know how to turn on spell check in Adobe Sign? Also, is there a way to spell check the entire document and not just one line at a time?

Sorry for the delay in response to your query.

Unfortunately, there's no such built-in spell checker in Adobe Sign. Checking the static page content is the job of whichever application is used to created the PDF in first place.
