Adobe Sign System Maintenance

Hi,

I can't use AdobeSign at the moment as there is an error saying "There is system maintenance underway. Please try again in 5 minutes". But this notification has been ongoing for 24 hours. The website has been working perfectly until yesterday

Could you please confirm if you can now access the Adobe Acrobat Sign account?

If you still experience the issue, please try using an alternate browser or the new incognito window on Chrome.

Hi Meenakshi,

It seems to be a certain document that was throwing up that error, other files since I can process fine. This also happened for a colleague, so I don't know why uploading a file (either the word or pdf version) would cause a system maintenance error for at least 2 people?
