Adobe Sign taking a long time to trigger a flow in power automate

I recently have encountered an issue where Adobe Sign takes significantly longer than normal to trigger the associated power automate flow(10+ minutes as opposed to less than 2 or 3). The power automate flow isn't any slower, and funcitons normally.
