Adobe Sign Template won't Save

I have made several templates in the past so I'm familiar with how to make them but haven't since around January.

When I make the template and place all of the fields, I then click save. It takes me to a blank screen and nothing saves. My form is put into drafts but all of the fields are gone. I have tried this 3 times from 2 different browsers with the same result.
