I have created a word document (contract) that I then converted into a form using Adobe Acrobat Pro DC. Now I want to turn this into a template that I can use to send out for signing. When trying to create the template using the online version (I don't know how to do this in Acrobat) I get given the option of assigning to either signer or participant 1, 2 etc. As my contracts will someone times need to be signed by 2 people which do I set the fields to in order for it to automatically do it when I create an agreement for sending?

Do I set it to the signer and then choose names when I have the email addresses or does it go to participant 1 for their part and participant 2 for theirs?

I'm trying to make the process as fast as possible.

Your focus should be on assigning actions to either Participant 1 or Participant 2 and so on. Anyone/Everyone can be used to allow input from a prefilling party, any participant or an approver. There are alot more options and techniques available in DC opposed to Adobe Sign.
