Adobe Sign Templates

I have created an Adobe Sign template which is an application form.  It will be sent to 3 people in turn for completion/signature.  I want to share this with my colleagues as an organisational template, is this possible?  I need them to be able to instigate an agreement flow by being able to send out the form for completion.

Hi Andrew,

Thank you for reaching out.

It is possible to share the template with others in the organization. Then it can be used by your colleagues to send out as a document for signature.

However, the feature to share the document is not available with the Acrobat Sign Individual service plan.

We have checked that you are using the Acrobat Pro DC Team subscription, which includes the Acrobat Sign Individual. The feature is not available with this plan.

You may refer to the following document for more information on template sharing: https://helpx.adobe.com/sign/using/create-document-template.html.

Hope the information helps.

Thanks,

Meenakshi

Hi Meenakshi

Thanks for your response.  Just to clarify, are you saying that the Acrobat Pro DC Team subscription includes this functionality?  If so, are you able to provide costings for this, or pass me to someone who can?

Regards
Andrew

Hi Andrew!

We have checked your account with the email address you used to sign in here on the community page.

You already have the Acrobat Pro DC as a Team subscription. Acrobat Pro DC individual or team subscription includes the Acrobat Sign individual plan.

You will require the Acrobat Sign Team, Business, or Enterprise plan to get this feature.

You may refer to the following page to learn about the plan and pricing for the related plan: https://www.adobe.com/sign/pricing/plans.html.

Let us know if you have any questions.

Thanks,

Meenakshi
