Adobe Sign Templates - Change name on use using data

Hi There, 

I have a load of templates that et used on a regular basis, after they are filled in and sent for signing they appear in the recipients inbox under the name of the template. this is kind of a pain when they come back signed and we have a  load of signed documents with the same name, we have to then manually go through and re-name these documents before filing. 

Is there a way to change the document name as it goes out to reflect some of the mandatory fields? name, date, document type etc?
