Adobe sign timing out

Anyone else having an issue with time outs currently? We are generating documents dynamically using the api and they are not loading right now.

Last time we had this issue it was a service wide alert but no official status so far.

    Can you confirm which API call did you use and what's the file size of document used? Can you inbox me the details along with your registered email address so that we can further more check?

    I had the site time out while in the middle of creating a widget and was almost done with the form fields. When it timed out it basically logged me off. I logged back in and my widget wasn't even in my widgets list, so that sucked a half day of time and I didn't even re-do some of the form fields with the names because I ran out of time.

    I still have yet to go back in and rename the fields. It's disheartening when you spend hours of work that's wasted, and I don't want to keep saving and going back into the manage page to edit the widget.
