Adobe Sign Trial Your license allows a maximum of 1 active users and your account currently has 1.

Question

I recently signed up for a 14-day trial of Adobe Sign Enterprise and am trying to add users from my organization but receive the following notice when adding users: "Your license allows a maximum of 1 active users and your account currently has 1."  Because I started my trial yesterday, and due to other pressing priorities, I have less time to research this than normal, so any input or suggestions are appreciated.  Thanks in advance!

In short, the documentation appears to show 10 active user licenses in trials for Adobe Sign Enterprise.  When I go into "Users" it shows that I have a maximum of 1 active users.  What do I need to do to get the 10 active user licenses that are shown in the documentation?
