adobe sign unavailable

Can you assist on why when I go to create a template it says sign is temporarily unavailable. Thanks,

@David_Simonsen4890 According to Adobe Status, https://status.adobe.com/cloud/document_cloud#/ it seems it is available. Although it was down from October 19 to 20th, I would clear your history, cookies and cached files on your web browser. Then sign back in with the same Adobe ID.

did this even used a different browser and got the same message that it's unavailable.
