Adobe Sign Updated resulting in text font size and formatting issues

Hi, I'm not sure where to post this for Adobe Sign workers to see but going to try posting it here. Please also comment if you're also experiencing issues since the new update. 

Before when I'd send documents for signatures, the text would auto size quite nicely. Now when I send it and chose auto for the font size, it will either become so tiny it's illegible, or it'll be a decent font size but the text will be cut off at the end.... 

to remedy this, I chose the font size, but the size it shows when I'm entering the info, is not the size it shows on the final document....
