Adobe Sign w Salesforce Merge Fields Not Filling

Question

I have a template, mapped merge and data fields from my opportunity, and my template's merge fields are not pulling in data. I do use a button from my opportunity page to start the agreement process; the button takes me to the Adobe Sign Agreements page. Do I need to also map from this screen?

We have checked your account with the email address used to sign in here in the community. It shows your account as a free account.

Could you please confirm if you are using the same email address to access your Adobe Sign account?
