Adobe Sign was unable to create your agreement because the document could not be thumbnailed

I have one of my users getting this error message today:

"Adobe Sign was unable to create your agreement because the document could not be thumbnailed".

I saw in the forums that the same error message was being generated back in August, 2017 with users and the servers needed to be rebooted... Is the same thing happening again?.
