Adobe Sign was unable to process your PDF document(s) because we were unable to read one or more of them.
Just installed Adobe Sign, so I have not used it *at all*. When I try to use "Get others to sign" or "send in bulk with Mega Sign", If drag the files into the 'drop here' or use the 'upload' mechanism, when I click 'next' I get this error. I get it for PDF files. I get it for Word files. I pretty much cannot get the tool to work for me at all. Any hints? The PDF files that I have tried all seem to be fine, so I am not sure what 'sign's' complaint could be.
I've tried calling in for support, first attempt resulted in being put on hold for about 15 minutes and then CUT OFF. Second attempt, coming up on 10 minutes of just listening to music.
