Just installed Adobe Sign, so I have not used it *at all*. When I try to use "Get others to sign" or "send in bulk with Mega Sign", If drag the files into the 'drop here' or use the 'upload' mechanism, when I click 'next' I get this error. I get it for PDF files. I get it for Word files. I pretty much cannot get the tool to work for me at all. Any hints? The PDF files that I have tried all seem to be fine, so I am not sure what 'sign's' complaint could be.

I've tried calling in for support, first attempt resulted in being put on hold for about 15 minutes and then CUT OFF. Second attempt, coming up on 10 minutes of just listening to music.

Hi - thanks for your response. I have an account that gives me the megasign option. But. I have determined what I think my problem is. The PDF being generated by the company/program I am using is somehow not being generated properly. As I was typing up this response, I realized that I had not actually tried multiple sources for the PDF, but rather multiple PDFs from this source. So, I found a different PDF, and Adobe seems to be working.

So now I need to work on getting the PDF generation fixed, and fixing the files that I already have.

Megasign is only available with certain levels of service. What type of account do you have.
