Adobe Sign web-app for Microsoft 365 listed as "This is a test do not install"

Have been experiencing tons of issues with Adobe Sign, and just noticed something that might be a clue.

In Microsoft 365, we've added Adobe Sign to our "Integrated Apps" - but when we do, it shows up in the list as "This is a test do not install" - and that's nothing that we have set of control ourselves. It's as if somehow Adobe is deploying a bogus/test version of the add-in. WTF?
