1 Can we skip agreement email (review & sign) sending process for end customer?

2 Adobe Sign webform: apart from formfields (/widgets/{widgetId}/formFields) API any other way to add dynamic fields in web-forms?

3 Web forms & agreement are both suitable for CCA use case, but which one is recommended by adobe to us !!
Use Case: Display a multi-step form & end/last step of the webform there is a adobe sign step with some pre-fields form fields like Name, address, Email , mobile no etc. which he fill-up in previous steps along with term & condition info. So, for this use case which is best fit adobe sign approach -Widget/webform or Agreement ?
