Question

Adobe Sign will not show up in recipient inbox until I send a reminder.

I have tried several times to send a document to be signed and the recipient does not receive the email notification at all. If I send a remibder, however, the e-sign will show up in their inbox within seconds. Why is this happening? It all started after we got our plan upgraded from personal accounts to business acounts. Thank you

    Hi Meenakshi,

Thanks for the input, but my e-signature docs go to a plethora of people. It is always different. To ask every single person every time I send an e-sign to change or check their settings would be a major hassle and very inefficient system by Adobe.  I’ve had people check their spam. It is never in there. It worked perfectly before Adobe “upgraded” my account to a merged business account with other users. Also, just to add more background, when they changed my account originally my Adobe Sign wasn’t allowing me to send ANY e-sign docs. Then, I put a post here and got that fixed, but it still not working correctly as you can tell.

here was my original issue post in case that helps troubleshoot -

    thank you!

    Hi Hiiamalysha,

Thank you for reaching out, and sorry for the trouble caused.

Please ask the recipient to try the following suggestions for the email issue:

    1. Check the Spam folder.

    2. Add echosign@echosign.com to the address book or safe list.

    3. If there are strict security settings that block emails with active HTML links, attachments, or images, those settings need to be adjusted or removed.

    4. Consider turning off email filtering completely.

Let me know if this helps!

    Thanks,

    Meenakshi
