Adobe sign within Acrobat Reader DC

Why does adobe sign disappear from my Reader?  This happened the same time last year.  Does it have anything to do with me getting emails saying my CC payment is due when I just paid the annual subscription in April?  How can I get Sign back into my Reader app?  Thanks

    In the latest update, you can get documents signed by others using the Fill & Sign tool. Please refer to the following document for more details and for the steps to send the document for signature.
