Adobe Sign - Workflow conditioned by amount

Dear Sirs,

I would like to know how I can create a workflow where signatures / approvals are conditioned according to a certain amount. For example: If the value is <€ 5000 it can be approved by A. If the value e> € 5000 must be approved by A and B.
