The Acrobat Sign documents are saved on the Acrobat Sign server, not the Adobe cloud storage. You may access the document via the Acrobat Web application. Currently, there are only three options for saving the document to an external location. You can save a copy of the documents on Box or Evernote. Or you can send a copy of the document to an alternate email address.

If you wish, you can manually save the file to OneDrive.
