Adobe Signatures (Not Digital) - Time Stamp under signatures not consistent between approvers

I have a form that I send to several people for their approvals. I use Adobe Sign to send it out and to "Complete in any order", because that will automatically flatten the document and all the approvers can do is "Review" and "Approve".

Long story short, as soon as I select the signature block under the "Click to Sign" tool tip this is what happens:

1- My signature populates the signature block with my signature automatically with full first and last name and middle initial.

2- Then a new tool tip over the signature block appears that says "Click to Change". If I leave the auto-populated signature in that singature block and then click the "Click to Approve" button at the bottom of the form. My signature goes on there without a date and time stamp.

When another approver sitting in the same office with me selects the signature block under the "Click to Sign" tool tip this is what happens::

1. In lieu of his signature populating the signature block, a signature dialogue box appears with his signature already typed in and there are options across the top of this dialog box to "Type", "Draw", use an "Image" or use a "Mobile" device  to take a picture of your signature. All he has to do then is select the "Apply" button at the bottom of the dialog box and his approval signature will appear on the form with a date and time stamp.

How can I get the date and time stamp to always show up under the signature (without getting into the digital signatures) the way it is working for the other approver that is sitting here in the same office with me?

Hi Steve26720554y3e3,

Thank you for reaching out.

As you have mentioned above, the options appear different for you and the other signer in the same form.

Would you mind sharing the screenshot or the screen recording of the options you both get in a private message?

You may initiate the private message using the envelope icon provided at the top right corner.

Also, confirm if the document is sent by you or received for signature.

Thanks,

Meenakshi
