Adobe Signe approval process - signers identified by form filler

I use the Enterprise version. When I send out the form to be signed, I generally choose the approvers of the form, not the person filling in the form field. It might be possible to do what you want if there is a web form widget that creates the form, but that is just a guess. Web Form Widgets are probably not a functionality that comes with every level of service.
