As per the error message, it seems that the portal accepts only the signature with a digital certificate from a particular infrastructure. I would request you to get in touch with the respective website's support team to get more information about this.

The portal says: "Signatures with digital certificates from infrastructure other than ICP-Brasil are not targets of this verifier and will be refused for verification.". Does your signature comply?
