Adobe signed document upload

We are planning to have a custom button for uploading the signed adobe documents. In Adobe portal they do have a link to upload a signed copy and it redirects to https://secure.na2.echosign.com/account/uploadSignedDocument?aid=CBJCHBCAABAACqbtYb1jq4UbLxhg1WE6jarH1wLUboei
They are dynamically generating the id based on that document and I am finding a hard time checking from where they are generating this id. Anyone having any idea?

How do I upload signed docs to online database? I can't figure out how to access signed forms from the BROWSE FILES screen.

They aren't in the fill & sign folder.
