Once the user Signs the PDF, it should not navigate to next page or not show the “Download a Copy” option. It is possible to customize the page workflow?

Hi Karthikb,

There is no setting in the Adobe Sign account to disable the option "Download a Copy" or stop it from navigating to the next page.

However, you may check once with the Adobe Sign support team if that can be customized from the backend.

Hope that the information helps.
