adobe signin sample code

I have created account with my company id, I need to populate data from database into PDF template and send it for customer signature first then approver signature. I created a template in SharedLibrary and created a workflow with formfields(document). I need some sample code in C# using Adobe REST API, how to connect to my personal account and initiate workflow by passing required fields.

I do not believe you have access to Adobe Sign apis with a personal account. The following url indicates that it probably is only available with an Enterprise account.
