Adobe Signing Issues

I have been sending documents for signature for a long time using Adobe Sign without any issues. This has changed recently and many documents have not been signed as the receiver has stated they have been unable to sign it!

To find out the issue, I sent a document to be signed through another email address I use.  When I click on the link to go to the document, it now asks me to sign in.  This email address does not have an adobe account, so I don't understand why I should have to set one up, just to sign a document which someone else sends.

This is why I use Adobe to ask others to securely sign documents without the need of everyone having an account with adobe.  It does not seem to work every time any more.

Ideas?

    Hi there,

Sorry for the delay in response.

Generally, Adobe Sign does not ask to sign in when the signer opens the document from the link.

You just click on the link and it opens the document online to add the signature.

If you are still experiencing this issue, could you please let us know how exactly you are sending the documents?

Did you check if this is the behavior that you experience with the particular documents?

I see that you are using the Adobe Sign individual account.

You may also contact support to get this checked. Find below the steps to contact support:

    • Login to your Adobe Sign account directly via Sign In — e-signature and e-sign Software Solution — Adobe Sign

    • Once logged in, check the upper right corner of the page and click the question mark icon.

    • It will re-direct you to the page where you get the option to create the support case or to start a chat with the team.

    • If you've never logged in this way, use the forgot password option on the login link to set your password.

    Hope that helps.

Let us know if you need any help.

    Regards,

    Meenakshi
