Adobe You Are an Absolute Disgrace!!
Adobe your customer service is an absolute joke and I have no idea how any of you have jobs. I can't believe that there is nobody at Adobe who cares at all about their product and who doesn't want to make money. You should be embarassed everytime you cash your paycheck because you don't deserve it. The treatment I received today is beyond my comprehension. You are the absolute worst! I don't need to talk to someone who is a sarcastic a-h0le and who needs to be a jerk because they hate their life when I just call in and ask a simple question to a major problem that I have with Adobe Sign. I have no idea how an employee can when asked a question to a major dilemna he is having with your product for this agent to respond in a sarcastic way and then try and make me feel dumb and like an idiot for doing this because I didn't understand how the document was set up. I have never received such horrific service in my life. When I called back to complain about this person, the next person "Dave" from sales who is another sarcastic jerk. Responded by saying "this is sales". Then hung up on me, not once, not twice, not three times, not four times, not five times, not six times, not seven times, but eight times until I finally said enough. I hope Dave from sales who answered the phone at number 800-685-4192 is made accountable for the way he treated me. I also hope that the person who I spoke to who made me install a trial of a product that I didn't want or need is made accountable and I hope that the sarcastic guy from technical support is fired for his mocking me for not having psychic powers and not being able to tell the future because that was the only way I could have prevented this. If there is anyone at Adobe who isn't a worthless pile of s(@t then I hope something is done about the awful treatment I recieved today. I will never ever use an Adobe product ever.
