AdobeSign - NemID service not enabled

Hi

I am trying to activate NemID for our organisation to sign with Adobe Sign. I have received the following popup from adobe when trying to sign.

How do i activate this? I have been in support with and Adobe Tech but did not get any closer to a solution.
