AdobeSign Salesforce Merge (Contact and Dependents)

Hello,

I'm new to the adobe sign service in salesforce, the service is configured properly and i'm able to generate a basic template where i'm able to merge the recipient contact info. The new agreement that my org whish to add is to have the dependents informations such spouse and kids been merged into the file. I'm seeking an expertise advise on whether this is feasable or no and how can we acheive such a configuration.
