AdobeSignPlugins.AgreementCreatePlugin error when creating new Agreement from the Opportunity

Hello Members,

 

We are using Adobe Sign in our Dynamics 365 online instance. When we try to create an adobe agreement from the opportunity screen we are receving below error message. The error shows that one of the AdobeSign Plugins in failing. We have configured the agreement template correctly but not sure why this error is coming. Agreement creation used to work before. Please help!
