Advanced Settings turned off

I do not know why Advanced Settings is turned off in Performance in Preferences. Ergo I'm drawing with my Wacom tablet, I need to get it back on to Basics.

Could you please confirm the Adobe application you are using?

It does not seem that you are using the Adobe Sign application.
