Agreement not moved to Completed

I have a user who was CCed into lots of agreement - I am not sure if being CC is related to this issue.

Some of those agreement apparently get stuck in the "In Progress" section.  For example one of them show it is "Waiting for signature" and "1 of 2 signed" in the list view.  However when you click in to see the detail, you will see Signed as the status   This agreement has been stuck in the In Progress view and despite already signed long time ago.
