Agreement Quota Exhausted Error Message

The system will no longer allow me to generate documents and indicates that I've exceeded my quota.   Am a monthly paying member and as well will not allow me to upgrade because of some dual account.   Well it seems that this is also invalid as the accounts have merged.   Please help
