Agreement section is not visible

Hi!
I'm a member in a NGO that has an Adobe Acrobat Pro subscription, including Adobe Sign.
There's 3 people that have acces to this account, including me, on the same adress.
The problem is that on my PC, I can't access the Agreements Section, there's a blank page opening, and an error that says "Request e-signature services are temporarily unavailable. Some documents and information may be missing. Please try again later.".
Has anyone else been through this situation?

Please clear the browser's cache and cookies and relaunch it. If that does not help, try using the service in a new incognito window on the Chrome browser. 

As mentioned, others use the account. Check with them if they can access the files or receive the same error. Please confirm if you can see other files on the account without any issues.
