Agreement sent but status is "Draft" - Salesforce Adobe Sign

I created an agreement template and it's working fine when I click on button agreement is sent but agreement status is "draft".

When I click on the Send button I get an error that agreement is already sent.

When I sign the agreement mappings are not triggered and status is still "draft".

Any solutions?
