Agreement Templates

I am using the following URL in a custom button on the Apttus Agreement screen in Salesforce.

"/apex/Apttus_Echosign__SelectAttachment?targetPageURL=/apex/echosign_dev1__AgreementTemplateProcess?masterid=" & Provider__c & "&templateId=a02F0000007OiLG&Id=" &Id&"&AccountID=" & Provider__c

When the user clicks on the button, it will take them to Select Attachment screen.  I select an Attachment and click Select.  When I go to the final landing page - EchoSignAgreementAdvanced, I do not see anything I setup on my EchoSign Agreement Template.

PLEASE HELP.  This is a client request.
